Mercedes-Benz has been able to recover from the setback that the experience of the G-Class at the corner of Australia, after their public relations efforts for the G-Class backfire. The parts were flown and the mechanism to replace the broken shock absorbers. Mercedes-Benz have suspension problems to overcome to become the first car to make it through one of the worst roads in Australia. They traveled over 1600 miles, even through out the offerings of the Ford Explorer and Hilux double cabin on the side of her - a striking reminder that the stunning secluded inland route is also one of the more dangerous for poorly prepared.
